The Popular Art Centre is a Palestinian cultural NGO whose objective is to disseminate creative arts and culture to various sectors of Palestinian society to preserve and maintain the cultural heritage, protect the national identity, and upgrade levels of creativity in form and content - through exchanging experiences, sponsoring talent and skills, and enhancing community-based organizations.
