PAC Training Courses for the year 2003

The centre will start a new Dabke course for the Kids: on the 15/01/2003 for the ages (6 – 13 yr. old). Our children will learn perfect the Palestinian Traditional Folklore Dance (Dabke) with Maysoon Rafidee & Nora Baker the dancers of El-Funoun Popular Dance Troupe. Thursdays & Saturdays.
Ballet classes will start on the 20/01/2003 for the ages(4 –10 yr. old) For our Kids, to learn the first ballet steps & develop their ballet dance capabilities with the trainer Nicholas Rowe. Mondays & Tuesdays.
Dabke course for adults ( Palestinian Folk Dance) will start on the 19/12/2002 With El-Funoun Popular Dance Troupe dancer Maher Shawamreh. Thursdays at 6:30 – 7:30 pm.
Yoga / Shao-Lin classes:
Yoga Classes will continue with the trainer Nicholas Rowe, on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6 – 7 pm.
Painting and Drawing course:
PAC starts a new painting and drawing course with the talented Artist Walid Ayyoub. The trainees will learn the basic lines of drawing portraits, landscapes, nature using charcoal, and pastel.
The centre will start a Karate course on the 17/01/2003
Learn the karate steps with the trainer Hamzeh Younis. Fridays & Sundays. Course duration: 4 months. The Course is for Children and Adults.
Sound Technician Training course will start on the 06/01/2003
The Popular Art Centre is starting a Sound Technician Training, with the trainer Muhannad Abu Hamdieh (the specialist Sound Technician). The training includes training; Audio Electronics fundamentals, Sound and Hearing, Balanced, unbalanced lines and cabling, Microphone design and application, Speakers, amplification, Mixers, mixing consoles, Effects and signals processors. Time duration: 2 months (64 training hours)
